Empire State Marriott (ESM) is a 37-story new construction with 347 keys, a bar, restaurant, and rooftop bar with an atrium. Construction is expected to be complete later this year as we’ve already topped off, have installed windows up to the 35th floor, and have started work on rooms from the 5th to 14th floors.

Marriott at NYU (MNYU) is a 13-story new construction, with 285 keys, a bar, restaurant, and rooftop bar.
